Offer Terms

Effective October 29, 2026

These terms apply to purchases made through the Match Pilates intro offer page at try.matchpilates.com. By buying an offer or booking a class, you also agree to Match Pilates Studio's full Terms & Conditions. If the two conflict, these offer terms apply to intro offers.

Intro offers

• New clients only. Intro offers are for first-time Match Pilates clients and are limited to one per person.
• One-time purchase. Intro offers aren't memberships and don't renew or charge you again.
• Expiration. Classes not used within the offer period expire and can't be refunded or extended, except at the studio's discretion.
• Price and availability. Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout. "Normally" and "save" amounts compare to our standard drop-in rate. We may change or end an offer at any time, but this won't affect offers you've already bought. Any offer deadline shown on the page is a promotional deadline, and we may extend it.
• Not combinable. Intro offers can't be combined with other discounts or promotions unless we say so.

Payment and refunds

• Payment is due at checkout by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed securely through our booking system, Mariana Tek.
• All sales are final. Refunds may be considered in special circumstances at Match Pilates Studio's sole discretion. Email hello@matchpilates.com.

Booking, cancellations and late arrivals

• Book classes through the booking form on this page, on matchpilates.com, or in the studio. Booking requires a Mariana Tek account, and you're responsible for keeping your login secure.
• Cancel at least 12 hours before class to keep your class credit.
• Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before class) are charged a $14 fee. No-shows are charged a $25 fee. The class credit is used in both cases.
• There's a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
• If you're added to a class from the waitlist, the same cancellation and no-show policies apply.
• Emergency? Email hello@matchpilates.com and we'll review it.

What to expect in class

• Classes are mat-based. Some are heated to a gentle 80° to 85°F, and others are not heated.
• Grip socks and a mat towel are required. Mats are provided, and towels can be bought or rented in the studio.
• Sculpt and Advanced Sculpt classes use props such as ankle weights, bands, balls and sliders.
• Music in class may contain explicit lyrics.
• Remove your shoes before entering the studio, use props responsibly, and clean any props you use after class.
• Filming during class isn't allowed unless it shows only you and your instructor has approved it. Never film other clients or instructors without their written consent.

Health and safety

• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to take class.
• Physical activity involves a risk of injury. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk.
• Our instructors aren't medical professionals. Check with your doctor before starting a new fitness program, especially if you're pregnant, injured or have a medical condition, and tell your instructor before class.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Match Pilates Studio isn't liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from taking class or using the studio.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the effective date at the top when we do. Changes don't affect offers you've already bought. These terms are governed by California law, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Orange County, California.
