The short version. This policy covers the Match Pilates intro offer page at try.matchpilates.com. When you buy or book, Mariana Tek (our booking system) handles your details and payment. We use cookies and similar tools from Google and Microsoft to see how the page is used and to measure and show our ads. You can decline those cookies at any time, below or in the cookie notice. We don't sell your personal information.
Who we are
Match Pilates Studio ("Match Pilates", "we", "us") is a mat Pilates studio at 3821 S Bristol St, Santa Ana, CA 92704. You can reach us at hello@matchpilates.com.
This policy applies to this page (try.matchpilates.com). Our main website, matchpilates.com, has its own privacy policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you buy an intro offer, create an account or book a class through the booking form on this page, you give us your name, email address, phone number and payment details. The booking form is provided by Mariana Tek. Card payments are processed securely by Mariana Tek's payment processor, and we never see or store your full card number.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
When you visit this page, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- Device and browser information, such as browser type, device type, operating system, screen size and language
- Your IP address and approximate location (city or region) derived from it
- How you use the page, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, scrolling, time on page, and the site or ad that referred you (including ad campaign details in the link you clicked)
- Whether you completed a purchase, with the order number and amount (not your card details)
This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.
Cookies and tracking technologies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use the following tools on this page:

Your choices
Accept or decline cookies
When you first visit, a notice lets you accept or decline. If you decline, Google Analytics and Google Ads stop setting cookies, and Microsoft Clarity stops recording and won't load on later visits. Google may still receive basic, cookieless signals (such as that a page was viewed or a purchase was made) that it uses to estimate ad performance without identifying you. Until you make a choice, these tools run normally.

Other ways to opt out
- Personalized Google ads: turn off ad personalization at My Ad Center.
- Google Analytics on any site: install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Interest-based ads from many companies: visit optout.aboutads.info.
- Your browser: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the booking form may not work without cookies.
- Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email hello@matchpilates.com.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There's no common standard for responding to it, so this page doesn't change its behavior when it receives one. Use the decline option above instead.
How we use information
- To process your purchase, manage your account and bookings, and contact you about your classes
- To answer your questions and provide customer support
- To send you studio news and offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
- To understand how the page is used and improve it
- To measure how well our ads work and show our ads to people who have visited this page
- To prevent fraud, keep the page secure, and meet legal obligations
How we share information
We don't sell your personal information for money. We share information only:
- With service providers who help us run the studio and this page, including Mariana Tek (booking, accounts and payments), Google (analytics and advertising), Microsoft (Clarity), Cloudflare (hosting this page) and our email provider. They may use it only to provide their services to us, except where their own privacy policies apply as described above.
- For advertising: through Google's cookies, as described in the cookies section. Under some state laws, this may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out using the choices above.
- When required by law, such as to respond to a subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Match Pilates, our clients or others
- With your consent, or as aggregated information that doesn't identify you
How long we keep information
We keep account and purchase information for as long as you're a client and as needed afterward for accounting, legal and dispute purposes. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Microsoft Clarity recordings are kept for about 30 days, and its heatmap and summary data for up to 13 months.
Security
This page is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and payments are handled by Mariana Tek's payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
This page isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
California residents
We're based in California. You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of advertising cookies using the choices above. We won't treat you differently for making a request. To make a request, email hello@matchpilates.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we respond.
Visitors outside the United States
Our studio and this page are based in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the effective date at the top when we do. If we make significant changes to how we use your personal information, we'll let affected clients know by email.
